From her years of experience in TV to founding LX MGMT, she leverages her unique expertise in managing, producing, pitching and negotiating. Chantel’s clients, many of whom have been signed with LX for multiple years, value her professional reputation, strategic thinking and ability to both develop and execute high level business decisions.

Stephen has had a accelerated career path from collegiate newsrooms to Chicago broadcast and independent video projects. He has a 14-year track record of delivering high quality visual content, especially video, to our professional clients on a daily basis. LX has amassed the top of the line camera, lighting and audio equipment, including extras like the Mavic Pro Drone for aerial shots and the DJI Ronin for cinematic effect.
